• Kevin Bert Summerlin, 25, Gause, interfering with emergency request for assistance, continuous violence against the family, released on $13,000 bond.

• David Allen Kuth, 35, Coleman, Michigan, motion to proceed-theft of property, parole violation, in custody no bond on parole violation, $5,000 bond on other charge.

• Robert William Ramey, 27, San Antonio, theft of property ($2,500 to $30,000) two counts; evading arrest/detention, in custody on $23,000 bond.

• Margaret Ann Bennett, 50, Lewisville, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.
