• Niels Hunt Beery, 65, Rockdale, motion to proceed-possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), in custody on $5,000 bond.
• Joel Rodriguez, 26, Taylor, motion to proceed-fraudulent use/possession of identifying info (less than five items), in custody on $10,000 bond.
• Robert James Berry, 29, Taylor, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $2,000 bond
• Andrias Shauntai Stephens, 33, Rockdale, motion to proceed abandon/endanger child criminal negligence, released on $10,000 bond.
• Pedro Barrientos Estrada, 47, Manor, public intoxication, fined $169 and released.
• Leann Bagby, 48, Manor, traffic offense-Class C, fined $169 and released.
• Lisa Marie Grimaldo, 37, Rockdale, failure to ID fugitive, intentionally giving false info, released on $1,000 bond.
• Thomas Rosales, 43, Rockdale, burglary of habitation, in custody in lieu of $25,000 bond.
