• Bennett Cornell Moore, 38, Gause, terroristic threat of family household,in custody on $3,000 bond.

• Charlotte Michelle Tabor, 43, Cameron, criminal trespass, in custody on $500 bond.

• Clarissa Habib, 33, Rogers, motion to proceed burglary of habitation, in custody on $50,000 bond.

• Freida Golden Prestidge, 67, Milano, DWI, released on $1,500 bond.

• Jacob Aaron Jimenez, 31, Buckholts, parole violation, failure to comply sex offender’s duty to register, in custody, no bond on parole violation, $10,000 bond on other charge.

• Bobby Ray Lockett, 33, Cameron, aggravated assault date/family/household with weapon; abandon/endanger child, imminent danger bodily injury; assault family/household member previous conviction, released on $35,000 bond.

• Michael Minix Jr., 35, Port Arthur, unlawfully carrying weapon, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), possession of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $8,500 bond.

• Steven Lamar Closs III, 29, Rockdale, public intoxication, fined $169 and released.

• Isaac Teran, 43, The Woodlands, possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), two counts; possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $6,500 bond.

• Ashley Nikita Olguin, 33, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $5,000 bond.

• Charlie Tyler, 60, Houston, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, unlawfully carrying weapon, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $5,500 bond.

• Vivian Gates Mitchell, 67, Rockdale, criminal trespass, released on $1,500 bond.
