• Elizabeth Breize Barron, 26, Thorndale, forgery financial instrument, forgery/defraud/harm of another elderly, theft of property ($100 to $750)-enhanced, parole violation, in custody, no bond on parole violation, $8,000 bond on other charges.

• Lawrence Allen Miller, 43, Rockdale, office of attorney general non-payment of child support, in custody on $1,000 bond.

• Randi Box Rogers, 50, Rockdale, resist arrest, search or transport, engaging in organized criminal activity, in custody on $22,000 bond.

• John Wilburt Johnson, 68, Cameron, out-of-county probation violation-engaging in organized criminal activity, released on $10,000 bond.

• Kody Lee Land, 34, Rockdale bond increased to $140,000 on charge of aggravated sexual assault of child, released on bond.

• James Willis Hill, 37, Caldwell, engaging in organized criminal activity, office of attorney general/failure to appear, out-ofcounty theft from elderly, released on $15,000 bond.

• Jessica Ann Harwell, 28, Milano, public intoxication, released on $500 bond.

• Jennifer Hernandez-Maldonado, out-ofcounty criminal probation violation-trespass, theft of property ($100 to $750), no bond on out-of-county charge, $500 bond on other charge.

• Heather Nicole Aucoin, 24, Caldwell, possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, prohibited substance/item in correcti0nal/civic/community facility, in custody on $45,000 bond.

• Cameron Trey Allen, 22, Lexington, possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), unauthorized use of vehicle, in custody on $20,000 bond.

• Eloisa Lynn Thomas, 48, Rockdale, terroristic threat cause fear of serious bodily injury, released on $1,000 bond.

• Jose Angel Hernandez, 36, Cameron, kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, in custody on $80,000 bond.
