4-H WEEK—This week is National 4-H Week (Oct. 4-10).
It is a time where we remember how 4-H has impacted our life and how we can strive to do better each day as citizens in our community. 4-H is ... Learning by doing and is available to all boys and girls in the kindergarten through 12th grades.
Research has proven that participation in 4-H has a significant positive impact on young people.
We strive to develop and encourage hard work and dedication of our youth. The youth today will determine the leaders and citizens of the future, not only for Texas, but for the nation and the world.
Thank you to everyone in Milam County for supporting our 4-H youth in their lives with donations, financial support or the true act of leadership and volunteerism to help teach a youth member 4-H life skills.
We thank all of you for your support of our 4-H program.
Happy 4-H Week!
