Milam County Sheriff’s Office congratulates new K9 Handler, Deputy Alex Infantino, and his partner, Lexus, for completing the K9 Handler’s Course with Worldwide Canine Inc. in Boerne.
The intensive course consisted of instruction in the operation of narcotics detection, tracking, patrol and apprehension function. Lexus is considered a dual purpose K9.
The K9 team began their first shift Dec. 15, 2023 and has been deployed successfully several times.
