—Young and not quite as young, they came to downtown Rockdale Sunday to participate in the annual Martin Luther King Day Parade. Some marchers even shared photos along the way. The parade included vehicles, horses and those who walked the route on foot. The parade was held one day before the official Monday holiday, during which area schools were closed along with many businesses, all local financial institutions and post offices.
