The annual Martin Luther King Day Parade will be held at 1 p.m. Monday starting at Wolf Park, going down US 79 and ending at Sumuel Park where there will be refreshments of hot dogs and chili dogs and drinks.
This year’s Grand Marshall is Kerry Locklin, quarterback of the 1976 state champion Rockdale Tigers, a star athlete at New Mexico State and has had a stellar career as coach at the college and professional level in the NFL and Canadian Football League.
