Effective Jan, 1, 2019, Rockdale City Hall will have the following customer service hours available to the public for the lobby, phone, and drive-through:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Alternate payment options are the City Hall drop box, online payments and bank drafts.
City Manager Chris Whittaker said the new hours will allow City Hall to be fully staffed at all times by doing away with staggered lunch hours which leave the facility only partially staffed at mid-day.
