BANQUET—Don’t forget, the Rockdale Chamber banquet is Thursday at the KC Hall. You won’t want to miss this year’s “Wranglers and Rhinestones.”
Tickets are priced at $25 each and can be purchased at the Chamber or at the door.
SPRING FORWARD— Don’t forget, Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday.
Set your clocks forward one hour on Saturday night.
CANDIDATES—On March 22, the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center will sponsor a City Meet the Candidates Night at the Patterson Civic Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
These are your Rockdale City Council seats. Richard Coppedge and Sharon Cloud are east ward candidates and west ward hopefuls are Jason Barcak and Tim Ramey.

BUSY MONTH—March 24 the American Legion will have the gun range open with free hot dogs and nachos.
Come visit with your local veterans.
Also on that same Saturday, a plant exchange will be at the Rockdale Chamber Rock House-sponsored by the Linwood Acres Garden Club.
March 30 is Community Easter Egg Hunt at Fair Park at 10 a.m.
I hear the Easter Bunny will be there.
