RYBA holds mandatory parents meetings
The Rockdale Youth Baseball Association will hold mandatory parent meetings at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 16, and 4 p.m. Sunday.
“We utilize these meetings to communicate the season expectations from players and parents, hand out medical release forms,” said President Bobby Tindle.
If parents are unable to attend either meeting they are asked to send someone in their place to represent their child.
MCJLS holds show and sale next week
The 2023 Milam County Junior Livestock Show will hold their commercial heifer show and sale next Thursday and Saturday at the Youth Expo Building in downtown Cameron.
The show will be held March 23 at 11 a.m. and the sale will be Saturday, March 25, at 10:30 a.m.
New Hope holds Family/Friends Day
New Hope Missionary Baptist Church will hold their annual Family and Friend Day on Sunday, March 26, at 3 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Pastor Ronnie Morgan.
Bluegrass music show to benefit Minerva VFD
There will be a bluegrass music show at the Kay Theater on Saturday, April 15 at 7 p.m.
Proceeds will benefit the Minerva Volunteer Fire Department.
