CAMERON—Nine persons drew sentences last week in 20th District Court of Milam County, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Ralph Contreras Jr., 43, Cameron, five-year prison term after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation–intend assault

• Patrick Ryan Felts, 33, Cameron, four-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Larry Ibarra, 37, Cameron, tw0-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for assault family violence–impede breath.

• Aaron Lee Winder, 27, Caldwell, 18-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

Jamie Leah Bailey, 34, Rockdale, two-year prison term after pleading guilty to a bail jumping–failure to appear.

• Delores Juanita Collins, 38, Gause, eight-year prison term probated four years, substance abuse facility program, fined $1,250, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Emery Antasia Page, 23, two years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, restitution to be determined to the victim after pleading guilty to theft of firearm.

• Cameron Lee Terry, 26, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication, no contact with victim after pleading guilty to a lesser included class A misdemeanor, assault bodily injury–family member.

• Kristopher Jon Beene, 43, Rockdale, three-year prison term, $20,000 restitution to victims after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original theft from elderly.
