—Wonder why you haven’t been able to take a well-used short cut down the alley in back of the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library for quite some time? Here’s why. The City of Rockdale is installing new manholes and it’s a large job. The alley links two downtown thoroughfares, Main and Ackerman Streets.
