The Friday arrest of a 25-year-old Rockdale man netted a number of drugs, according to Rockdale police.
Markus Keith Hayes was charged with possession of drugs in four different categories and also with unlawfully carrying a weapon.
He was released on $42,500 bond.
ARRESTS—Robert William Phillips, 27, of Rockdale was arrested on a Rockdale Police Department warrant for aggravated kidnapping plus a number of other offenses. He is currently being held on $100,000 bond for Milam County charges and no bond on out-of-county charges.
Phillips had previously been indicted by a Milam County Grand Jury May 14 for aggravated sexual assault.
Other felony arrests during the past week:
• Tiara Lynee Mulac, 24, Rockdale, out-of-county assault, released.
• Kimberly Karan Krivan, 47, Rockdale, manufacture/ delivery of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams), possession of marijuana (2 to 4 ounces), in custody on $11,000 bond.
• Timber Carrizales, 20, Rockdale, possession of marijuana (2 to 4 ounces), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), manufacture/delivery of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams).
• Ramon Ramos, 27, Taylor, possession of marijuana (2 to 4 ounces), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), manufacture/delivery of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams).
OFFENSES—Offense investigations begun during the past week included disorderly conduct/fighting, theft of firearm, criminal mischief, unlawfully carrying weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
CITATIONS—Pol ic e issued 57 citations during the past week including 32 for speeding, four for driving while license invalid, three for no driver’s license and two each for defective brakes, failure to signal intent and expired driver’s license.
ACCIDENTS—There were no traffic accidents reported during the past week inside the Rockdale city limits.
SERVICE CALLS— During the past week, officers responded to 218 calls for service and there 86 calls received through the 911 system at the Rockdale Police station.
