Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past week:
• Samuel Walker Jr., 69, Cameron, was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon with a felony conviction and possession of a controlled substance (less than 28 grams).
Accidents
Ofc. Lentz responded to the 700 block of West US 79 for a two-vehicle accident with injuries on Feb. 24 at 1:32 p.m.
Arrests
RPD officers made 10 arrests during the past week including two each for no drivers license, Milam County Sheriff’s Office warrants and driving with license invalid, and one each for possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI, failure to control speed and failure to appear.
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 173 total calls for service during the past seven days including 20 for 911 emergency service.
Incident Report
There were 16 incidents on the report for the past seven days including three each for driving with license invalid and theft, two for DWI, and one each for a Milam County Sheriff ’s Office warrant, unlawful carrying of a weapon by a felon, possession of a controlled substance, sexual assault, terroristic threat, interview room, failure to control speed and failure to appear.
