Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past week:
• Dailynn Ramey, 27, Rockdale, was arrested on Monday by Ofc. Wachtel for burglary of a building.
Accidents
• Ofc. Lentz responded to Tractor Supply parking lot for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Dec. 12 at 6:46 a.m.
• Sgt. Ford responded to US 79 in front of Go Carwash for a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident on Dec. 12 at 6:32 p.m.
• Ofc. Wachtel responded to the 1400 block of West Cameron Avenue for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries on Dec. 13 at 7 a.m.
• Ofc Wachtel responded to the intersection of Cameron Avenue at Josie Lane for a hit and run with no injuries on Dec. 13 at 12:46 p.m.
• Ofc. Wachtel responded to 104 South FM 908 for a two-vehicle crash with no injuries on Dec. 13 at 3:12 p.m.
• Ofc. Davis responded to Belton at Green Street for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Dec. 17 at 6:10 a.m.
• Ofc. Wachtel responded to Rockdale City Hall parking lot for a minor accident on Dec. 18 at 10:12 a.m.
Calls for Service
Rockdale police Officers responded to 241 total calls for service during the past seven days including 96 calls for 911 emergency service.
Arrests
RPD officers made six arrests during the past week including two for failure to maintain financial responsibility, and one each for displaying expired registration, failure to report change of address, failure to appear, and evading arrest detention.
Incident Report
There were 16 incidents on the report for the past seven days including six for the report only, two for theft, and one each for criminal mischief/impair public service, possession of child pornography, credit or debit card abuse, theft of livestock, harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest and burglary of a building.
