Farmers’ market, garage sale in Davilla
Upcoming events at the Davilla Community Center are a farmers’ market and garage sale on Saturday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
A potluck dinner and game night will be held at 6 p.m. on Aug. 6.

Benefit for Ernie Glenn set for Sunday at KC The Milam County Fire Chiefs’ Association will host a benefit for Ernie Glenn on Sunday, July 17 at 11:30 a.m. Glenn was diagnosed with spinal cancer last year and all proceeds will go toward medical expenses and treatments.
Pork steak plates will be available for $12 and will include green beans, mashed potatoes, dessert and a drink.
There will also be a drawing at 1 p.m. for prizes including $500, $300 and $200 cash. Tickets are $20 and there will be 250 sold. There will also be a silent auction.

Keto support group meets Thursdays at 7
A keto support group meets at the First Baptist Church’s south entrance every Thursday at 7 p.m. A newcomers’ session will start at 6:30 p.m.

Heavenly Treasures Christmas in July
Heavenly Treasures will have Christmas items for sale for the month of July.
The first Friday of each month will be a $5.00 Bag Day Sale.

Rockdale Peace Seekers AA meetings are at Crossroads Bible Church, 811 Burleson St.
The meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays and Sundays at 7:30 p.m.
Celebrate Recovery meets Saturdays
Rockdale Celebrate Recovery meets Saturdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at 1443 South FM 487.
