Surviving the holidays seminar set for Nov. 7th
GriefShare coordinator Malda Burns is offering a seminar on surviving the holidays after a loved one’s death on Nov. 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Meadowbrook Baptist Church.
Registration fee is $5. Child care will not be available.
The seminar features video interviews with counselors, grief experts and other people who have experienced the holidays after their loved one’s death and who offer practical suggestions and reassurance.
Attendees will receive a survival guide with practical tips, encouraging words, journaling ideas and exercises for daily help throughout the holidays.
