Thorndale ag boosters to hold fish fry Sunday
Thorndale 4-H and FFA ag boosters will hold a fish fry fundraiser to support both groups at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Thorndale VFD Recreation Hall.
It will be drive-through only and to-go plates are $10 and include fish, noodles, coleslaw, pinto beans and tartar sauce.
Desserts will be available for a free-will donation.
Bushdale Cemetery annual meeting set
Bushdale Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting Saturday, Oct. 3, at Peace Lutheran Church fellowship.
The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by a potluck luncheon.
Heavenly Treasures to hold sidewalk sales
Heavenly Treasures will begin holding sidewalk sales during September and October on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 to noon.
Tuesdays will be Christmas and Halloween themed and Wednesdays will be for clothing.
Donations may be placed on the back porch any time.
