Rockdale Pet Adoption Welfare Services (PAWS) will hold a dog adoption event from 8 a.m. to 12-noon Saturday at their downtown location.
PAWS is located at 215 North Main.
Persons interested in adopting a dog are welcome to come by, according to Dan Ratliff, PAWS president.
There are dogs downtown and more at the city’s Beverly Drive shelter.
PAWS is an all-volunteer, non-profit, group.
