The Rockdale Police Department made six arrests over the past week, all of them already had warrants on them. They also issued 20 citations for everything from speeding to failure to stop for a school bus.
Officers responded to 296 calls for service and 112 of them were calls to 911.
Two accidents were reported this week. One was a minor accident near the tennis courts at Veterans Park. The other was located at the corner of Murray Street and Meadow Drive. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries that was blocking the road.
Three felony arrests were made by the Rockdale Police Department over the past week: Bryan Scott Lopez, 33, Rockdale, was arrested on Saturday on a warrant for bond forfeiture for possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram).
Amanda Marie Warren, 22, Rockdale, was arrested on Friday on a warrant for criminal trespass with a second warrant added on Saturday for debit or credit card abuse.
Sunni Brook Herring, 22, Rockdale, was arrested on Sunday on a warrant out of Freestone County for possession of a controlled substance (less an 1 gram.)
