POLICE REPORT
Rockdale Police made several drug arrests on separate cases during the past week, listed by Lt. Stephen Goodrich as follows:
• Sean Thomas Kelly, 24, San Antonio, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $6,000 bond.
• Reginald Markeith Sanders, 30, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, in custody on $20,000 bond.
• Nathan Lamar Orsak, 27, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram), theft of property ($100 to $750), in custody on $10,000 bond.
Police also arrested an Austin woman on three Travis County probation revocation motions, two on drug offenses.
Lt. Goodrich said a 17-year-old male was arrested in connection with an incident involving prescription medicine.
SCHOOL BUS—One traffi c accident was reported to police during the past week
Police said at 5:38 p.m. March 27 a Rockdale ISD school bus was in collision with a parked vehicle.
Police described the incident as “minor.”
Linda Partin of Rockdale was listed as driver of the school bus while the owner of the parked vehicle was Cameron Terry of Rockdale.
CITATIONS—Police issued a total of 68 speeding tickets during the past week.
Other citations included six for failure to report change of address, four each for failure to maintain fi nancial responsibility, three for no driver’s license, two each for no proof or rabies vaccination, expired driver’s license, an animal at large and one each for possession of drug paraphernalia, no seat belt and failure to yield right of way while turning left.
