Officers made four felony arrests and worked two accidents during the past week.
A 21-year-old Rockdale woman was arrested Monday by Officer Michael Hubnik on a Milam County warrant for probation violation on a forgery of financial instrument.
Two men from Bryan were apprehended Saturday by Officer Jeremiah Harden on felony charges with one on a Travis County warrant for bond forfeiture/burglary of a habitation and charges of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and tamper, fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair. The other for possession of controlled substance 4-400 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and tamper, fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
Sgt. Michael Hubnik arrested a 49-year-old Rockdale man Monday for possession of a controlled substances less that 1 gram and public intoxication.
Officers worked an auto-pedestrian accident Friday near the intersection of Wilcox and Cameron after a car grazed a 44-year-old woman who refused medical service.
Monday Sgt. Hubnick along with AMR and the Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department worked a two-vehicle wreck at Belton and Green. No injuries were reported but both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
On the week officers responded to 289 calls with 118 being 911 calls.
