The annual Rockdale Police Officer of the Year-Firefighter of the Year Banquet is set for Saturday at the KC Hall.
Doors open at 5 p.m. with the meal at 6:30 and a dance following at 7:30.
Entertainment will be provided by DJ Jon Flores with catering by Lee’s Landing.
It features silent and live auctions. Funds raised go to banquet expenses.
A number of awards will be presented in addition to the traditional Officer of the Year and Firefighter of the Year awards.
