The public will get a chance to see the new PD with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, May 4.
City Manager Chris Whittaker said the ribbon-cutting ceremony will feature the Communities in Concert Band and speeches at 10 a.m.
That will be followed by a “self guided” tour to walk around the building—most of which is, obviously, secured—until 1 p.m.
Whittaker said the cermony will proceed “rain or shine.”
