Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) will hold a public hearing for the adoption of its 2024 budget, production fees, transportation fees and fee schedules at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the office in Milano.
The current production fee is $0.013 per 1,000 gallons and the transport fee is $0.10 per 1,000 gallons assessed on permitted amounts.
