The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) Board of Directors on June 14, approved a resolution to purchase land and relocate their offices to new facilities to be constructed about a half-mile from the current District office location.
The new address will be 930 East Holdiness Lane in Milano near the corner of TX 36 and US 79. Successful closing on the property occurred June 17.
