PROJECT COMPLETE— EBCO General Contractors has finished construction on the College & Career Academy for Rockdale ISD by transforming the former hospital into a new educational space that will have a lasting impact. On Wednesday a ribbon cutting will be held celebrating the grand opening and honoring Dr. Denise Monzingo’s career in education as she retires. Facility tours will be given.
