Rockdale’s Girl Scout Troop 12345 and Thorndale’s Troop 34000 will hold a joint meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, at Murray Street Church of Christ.

Saturday
Rockdale Earth Day’s Tour of Gardens will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Attendees will see two beautiful east side and two west side gardens in addition to the meditation garden at First Presbyterian Church.
Tickets are $10 and are available at Hodge Podge Etc. All proceeds will benefit the Rockdale ISD Education Foundation.
Enjoy light refreshments and beverages at each stop while taking in the beauty.
Band booster car wash set for Saturday
Rockdale Band Boosters will hold a car wash at 10 a.m. Saturday at the former Lee’s Landing Restaurant.
Enjoy barbecue pulled pork sandwiches and sweet tea while your car is being washed. Donations only. The money raised will help send Rockdale Junior High and High School students to band camp this summer.
