VFW Post 6525 is hosting the First Friday Coffee at the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library this Friday, September 6.
The event runs from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and all are welcome.

The Rancheria Grande Chapter of the El Camino Real de los Tejas National Trail Association will meet at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 5, at the Lucy Hill Patterson Library Memorial Library.
One topic of discussion will be Tonkawa Friendship Day which will be held in Austin to welcome the Tonkawa back to Texas. The ceremony will be held in Republic Square at 10:30 a.m. at 422 Guadalupe St. near the capitol.
