Spaghetti fundraiser February 6
The Reporter made a mistake on the date in last week’s paper.
The Rockdale Band Boosters will hold their annual spaghetti supper fundraiser on Tuesday, Feb. 6, in the junior high commons from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
Plates are $10 and include spaghetti, salad, bread and a drink. Desserts made by band students are available to purchase.
There will be band performances and a silent cake auction. All proceeds benefit the RISD band programs.
Senior center fundraiser for meal program
Rockdale Senior Center is selling tickets for a drawing for a 50-inch Visio television which will be given away on February 14.
Tickets are three for $10 or one ticket for $3 and can be purchased at the center on Green Street. This fundraiser benefits the center’s meal program.

First Friday Coffee this week
The Rockdale Homecoming Association will sponsor the First Friday Coffee at the Lucy Hill Patterson Memorial Library this Friday.
The coffee goes from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
90th Citywide homecoming set for June 9
Rockdale Homecoming Association announces the annual Citywide Homecoming will be held Sunday, June 9 at the Patterson Civic Center.
Rockdale Memorial Company and the Luckey Family will be the honored business/family. Rockdale High School Class of 1974 will be acknowledged as the class of 50 years.
