Luke Ten Thirty Three, Inc. is sponsoring a community giveaway of clothing, shoes, household goods, furnishings and decor on March 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the 100 block of Plum Street.
There will games and prizes for kids along with a bounce house and firetruck tours.
Gently used items may be donated on March 15 from 12-5 p.m.

March 23rd
Rockdale Girls’ Softball Association will hold a fundraiser on Saturday, March 23, at The Ranch from 7 a.m. to noon. There will be a $10 donation at the door.
To raise money for its fields and facilities, there will be a drawing and both live and silent auctions. Entertainment will be provided by The Mullet Boyz.

Health Dept. office, clinic moving, closed
The Milam County Health Department, Cameron Office and Clinic is moving. As a result the Health Department will be closed for several days/ as described below.
The Cameron Clinic will be closed and not seeing clients from February 28 to March 18 and reopening on March 18 at 908 N. Crockett Ave Suite C.
The Cameron Offices will be closed from March 4-8 and reopening on March 11 at 908 N. Crockett Ave Suite B.
The Rockdale Clinic will remain open on Tuesday and Thursdays with the exception of Tuesday, March 5.
