Let’s see, 500s-science, 800s-literature, 900s-flugelhorns. Yes, a flugelhorn in the library and there weren’t any “shushes!” either Friday morning when the Matinee Musical Club, including Lee Thomason, trumpeted the message of National Music Week during the monthly First Friday Coffee its members hosted at the city library. The MMC is affiliated with the National Federation of Music Clubs.
