Joan McKinney Ratliff is the third-generation owner of the property which has been in her family since 1918.
In 2015 Rainbow Courts was recognized as a Recorded Historic Landmark which is the highest historic recognition awarded by the State of Texas.
Famous guests include Bob Wills and Tennessee Williams.
The 49-bed property on four acres is being listed by Kathryne Parsley Roddam for $3.9 million.
