Their current TY show is about the renovation of their hometown of Laurel, Mississippi. The Napiers’ new show will be called Home Town Takeover, and they are looking for a town to renovate. Members of the Rockdale Downtown Association (RDA), the City of Rockdale and Chad Harris of Whinstone XS met recently to brainstorm ideas for entering Rockdale into this contest for consideration. “There were a lot of great ideas Úowing,” Nyle Cooke, RDA vice-president, said. Deadline for the application to HGT is Feb.so Rockdale has a very short window to get everything together. Anyone in Rockdale who has ideas they’d like to share can do so on the Rockdale Downtown Association’s Facebook page by private message or email to kyle@rockdalereporter, according to Cooke. “Please hurry because the deadline is coming up fast.” Cooke said.
