The Appelt Family will be celebrating its 59th reunion on Sunday, June 4, at Appelt’s Hill Hall in Hallettsville.
Registration will begin at 10 a.m. and lunch of stew, sausage and assorted side dishes will be served at noon. Canned and bottled cold drinks will also be provided.
Attendees are asked to bring an item for the prize drawing, a small dessert and any updates to the family tree.
Nelson family reunion held Sunday in Milano The 87th annual Nelson family reunion was held on Sunday, May 7 at Milano First Baptist Church. There were 46 Nelson family members and friends attending.
Attendees enjoyed fellowship, a brisket and sausage meal with all the sides and desserts, and fames.
