Rockdale High School is the best high school in Milam County for the second straight year.
That’s the opinion of U.S. News & World Report which has released its annual rankings of American High Schools.
Rockdale was No. 636 in Texas and 7,562 nationally. Thorndale came in at 744th in the state and 8,639th in the nation.
Cameron’s ranking was No. 1,162 in Texas and 12,478 in the nation.
Ratings were not listed for other Milam high schools.
