RIBBON CUTTING—The Rockdale Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for We Care, Seniors Helping Seniors, LLC, owner Carolyn Stone. Pictured are (L-R) Robin Yoakum, Stone and Amalia Carrizales.
