Ribbon cutting

B&D Longarm Quilting held a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at their new studio on Saturday. Shown at left are owners Bill and Diana Casario. The kickoff was also a celebration of the first beginners quilting class, who all completed their quilts. Pastor Ray Dennis and wife Lily of First Shiloh Baptist Church led the ceremony in prayer and blessings. More classes in beginner and advanced quilting will be offered soon. The next beginner class is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 8 with fabric, sewing notions, sewing machine and lunch provided.
