Rockdale Community Markets (RCM) held a grand opening Saturday at its new spot, 320 S. Wilcox. Here is RCM President Georgia Marshall cut ting the ribbon and Emily Connell (far right), owner and designer of Big Papa’s Patio, along with some of the 34 vendors present. Open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
