RICE’S TURN

RICE’S TURN—Some of Rockdale’s oldest streets are getting upgrades this summer. Recently it was San Gabriel and now it’s Rice’s turn. The street is being repaired and upgrades conjunction with a new water line. Here workers install curb and gutter. The intersection of Rice and Belton remains closed this week.
