The Rockdale Independent School District’s facilities committee will hold a town hall meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, in the Rockdale Junior High Commons to discuss the future facilities needs of our schools. All interested parties are invited to attend and provide input on this important issue.
“During the town hall meeting, members of the facilities committee will present preliminary plans for addressing the safety and facility needs of our district and will be seeking feedback from the community,” said Pam Kaufman, assistant superintendent.
“We encourage all parents, staff, and those who live within the Rockdale ISD boundaries who do not have students in Rockdale schools to attend and have their voices heard,” she said.
“We hope to see you there and look forward to working with the community to address the facilities needs of our schools,” Kaufman added.
