Rockdale ISD trustees named Cody Dudley as the district’s new maintenance director at the May 17 regular board meeting.
Dudley will replace current maintenance director, Lance Weidler, who has tendered his resignation.
Dudley is an employee in Rockdale ISD’s maintenance department. He has previous experience as a foreman with the Texas Department of Transportation and has shown growth and enthusiasm during his time at Rockdale ISD.
Dudley, who resides in Rockdale with his wife and three-year-old son, said, “I am looking forward to taking on the new responsibilities, and to be able to work with an already great team.”
Dr. Denise Monzingo, Superintendent, said “As we hired this position it was important that we found someone to continue moving us forward and we are excited that Cody is ready for the challenge.”
