ROCKDALE’S FIRST BABY OF 2024?—We think so but aren’t completely sure. The Reporter hasn’t been able to tell since Richard’s Memorial Hospital closed. But here is little Kane Benjamin Quinney, born early Sunday morning to Koy Quinney and Lauryn Locklin. Big brother, Kase, age 2, welcomes his new little brother. Mom, Lauryn, was also the first Rockdale baby of the new year 25 years ago.
