The Rockdale MDD will be hosting a Lunch and Learn with speaker Dr. Adam Perdue, a research economist from the Texas A&M Real Estate Center on Friday, June 3, at 11:30 a.m. at the Patterson Center.
Dr. Perdue is going to talk about some of the large industrial announcements and developments in Austin and Williamson County, and how Milam County might be affected.
Some of the topics that will be covered are: Will Rockdale experience a growth spurt? Will other cities need to be built first before Rockdale experiences growth? When will this all happen? Is there any truth to that prediction the State Demographer made about Milam County’s population?
