Rockdale Police Officers made two felony arrests dur ing the past week including:
• Andres Manuel Parra- Pacheco, 32, Pflugerville, was attested on Tuesday by Ofc. Hensley for 15 counts of fraudulent use or possession of credit or debit card information.
• Kennedy Way ne Hardaway Jr., 37, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Puente and Sgt. Frankland on a local warrant for burglary of a building.
Accidents
RPD officers responded to four traffic accidents during the past week including:
• Ofc. Davis responded to US 77 overpass for a report of a two-vehicle accident on Friday.
• Ofc. Hensley, Chief Meadors, Ofc. Puente and Ofc. Krejci along with Rockdale VFD and AMR responded to a major two-vehicle accident on Saturday with injuries and blocking the roadway at 1239 West US 79 in front of Village Courts. Two people were transported by AMR.
• Ofc. Krejci radioed in that he was struck by another vehicle at Scarborough and San Andres on Saturday. Henry Sams was arrested for DWI and transported to the Milam County Jail.
• Ofc. Hensley responded to 606 Murray for a vehicle which hit a pole on Sunday.
Arrests
RPD officers made six arrests during the past week. All were for RPD warrants including two for failure to maintain financial responsibility, and one each for speeding, driving with license invalid, failure to appear and bail jumping and expired registration.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 251 total calls for service with 102 being for 911 emergency service.
Incident report
There were 15 incidents on the report for last week including five for interview room only, two each for outstanding warrants, juvenile in possession of controlled substance in a drug free zone and juvenile theft, and one each for fraudulent use/possession of credit/debit card information, burglary of a building, fraud and theft.
