Rockdale PD has another slow week, one felony arrest

Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past week:

• A 14-year-old juvenile was arrested on Thursday for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams).

Arrests

RPD officers made seven arrests during the past seven days including one each for a warrant for a city ordinance violation, a warrant for failure to appear, a warrant for speeding, a warrant for violating promise to appear, a capias warrant for no drivers license, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).

Calls for service

Rockdale Police Officers responded to 323 total calls for service during the past week including 116 for 911 emergency service.

Incident report

There were 16 incidents on the report for the past week including six for interview room, and one each for outstanding warrant, burglary of a vehicle, runaway, disorderly conduct, theft, aggravated assault by threat, assault causes bodily injury family violence, Class C warrants, capias warrant for violating promise to appear and possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).
