Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past seven days:
• Dalton Keith Hammond, 27, Lexington, was arrested by Sgt. Parker on a Milam County Sheriff’s Office warrant for the probation violation unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Accidents
• Officer Lentz responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries on Tuesday at 503 Scarbrough along with the Rockdale VFD and AMR.
• Ofc. Davis responded to a two-vehicle accident at Murray and Meadow Drive on Wednesday.
• Ofc. Krejci responded to 437 Ackerman on Friday for a two-vehicle accident.
• Sgt. Parker responded to 213 East Cameron Avenue for a two-vehicle accident on Friday.
Arrests
RPD officers made 11 arrests during the past seven days including three for warrants/failure to appear, and one each for a warrant for speeding, a warrant for violation of a city ordinance, a warrant for no motorcycle endorsement, a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility, a warrant for criminal trespass, driving with license invalid and public intoxication.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 294 total calls for ser vice dur ing the past week including 118 calls for 911 emergency service.
Incident report
There were 13 incidents on the report for the past week including, three each for interview room and outstanding warrants, and one each for criminal mischief ($100 to $750), continuous sexual abuse of a child, driving with license invalid, duty on striking structure/fixture, criminal trespass, city ordinance violation and public intoxication.
