Rockdale Police Officers made five felony arrests during the past week including:
• April Cherie Estrada, 58, Georgetown, was arrested by Ofc. Wachtel for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance (4 grams to 200 grams).
• Jose Luis Rivero, 45, Hearne, was arrested for illegal reentry of an alien, continuous violence against family and for interfering with an emergency call for assistance.
• Madden Lathan Montelongo, 18, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Wall for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams).
• Michael Vincent Laws, 19, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Wall for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams).
• Nicolas Nayte Barrera, 19, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Wall for two counts possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams) and tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair.
Accidents
Ofc. Lentz and Ofc. Rodriguez responded to Cameron Avenue at Calhoun for a two-vehicle accident on Dec. 4 at 4:14 p.m.
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 220 total calls for service during the past seven days including 87 for 911 emergency service.
Arrests
RPD officers made four arrests during the past week including two for Milam County warrants, and one each for interfering with an emergency call for service and a Cameron Police Department warrant.
Incident Report
There were 15 incidents on the report for the past week including seven for the report only, two for possession of a controlled substance, and one each for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, a Caldwell County warrant, tampering with physical evidence, assault, a Milam County warrant and a Cameron PD warrant.
