Rockdale Police Officers made three felony arrests during the past week including: • Jennifer Yvone Guelker, 37, Milano, was arrested by Ofc. Davis for possession of a controlled substance (under 1 gram) and criminal trespass.
• Victor Manuel Montoya, 27, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Puente for theft a property with two previous convictions, criminal trespass and public intoxication with three or more previous convictions.
• Trinity Baldridge, 47, Rockdale, was arrested for a warrant for criminal mischief ($2,500 to $30,000).
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 208 total calls for service including 62 for 911 emergency service.
Accidents
• Ofc. Wachtel responded to near the 1700 block of West Cameron for a two-vehicle accident with possible injuries on July 20 at 11:19 a.m.
• Detective Hubnik responded to the intersection of US 79 and CR 308 for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on July 22 at 12:55 p.m.
Arrests
RPD officers made 16 arrests during the past week including two each for criminal trespass, theft, assault causes bodily injury/family violence, and failure to identify, and one each for public intoxication with three or more previous convictions, resisting arrest, a Colorado County warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, accident involving damage to a vehicle (over $200), DWI with blood alcohol level greater than 0.15, and assault causes bodily injury.
Incident Report
There were 28 incidents on the report for the past seven days including six for the report only, four for assault, three for criminal trespass, to for failure to identify, and one each for possession of a controlled substance, theft, public intoxication, criminal mischief ($2,500 to $30,000), resisting arrest, a Colorado County warrant, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, accident involving damage to a vehicle, sexual assault, DWI, hindering apprehension or prosecution, and theft by check.
